Does Rxcall cost anything?
No. No price, no in-app purchases, no ads. It is a free, open-source project, and staying free is a founding commitment.

Rxcall says something I take was recalled. Should I stop taking it?
Don’t decide alone, and don’t stop a medication on an app’s word. Many recalls affect only specific lots or manufacturers, and stopping some medications abruptly is dangerous. Rxcall shows you what the recall actually says — bring it to your pharmacist or doctor; they can check your exact bottle and advise you.

Why didn’t Rxcall alert me about a recall I heard of?
Rxcall matches against the FDA’s published enforcement data, which can lag news reports, and matching depends on how the recall names the product. If you think the app missed something it should have caught, email us the recall and what’s on your list’s entry (never send us your full list) — matching accuracy is the heart of this app and we treat gaps as serious bugs.

Is Rxcall medical advice?
No. Rxcall surfaces public recall information relevant to you. Decisions about your medications belong with you, your pharmacist, and your doctor.
